I have been using the 72h body lotion for many years, and it used to be an excellent product. Since the recent reformulation, however, it no longer absorbs properly or moisturizes my dry skin at all. I now have no choice but to switch to another brand. Why did you change a formula that clearly worked and was well-loved, only to replace it with something that clearly isn’t meeting customers' needs?

Awful new formula
We have used this for years. It has been made very poor by reformulating it. It now leaves my skin feeling tight and dry! I will seek an alternative.

Terrible new formula tacky reeks
I have used this for years but now it has changed and smells horrid nothing like the original and it is very tacky such a shame as I am all for change and improvements but this is not one of them. Also wish Nivea would do some fragrance free products as much as I like nivea there products are so heavily scented. I am now on the hunt for another brand.
