AWFUL NEW FORMULA
As someone who needs a thick moisturiser after finishing accutane, this was absolutely perfect and my go-to....until they ruined it with that god awful new formula.

Horrible new formula
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The original has been my go to product for many years - so many of us with allergies etc have worshipped the product. This new formula feels horrible on the skin it does not absorb in the same way and feels slimy. Please please if you must have a vegan formula don't inflict on all of us.

Ghastly new formula
Purchased a couple of 500ml tubs a while back not realising they had the little words "new vegan formula" on the top. The new formula is horrible on the skin - it leaves a sticky residue that causes tightness and leaves my skin burning. What a waste as I can't use these tubs now. After nearly 3 decades of using Nivea Soft I am going to have to find an alternative that is kind to my skin - that is soft and easily absorbed. Not this. Please bring back the original Nivea Soft formula. Many other reviews say the same. Please do something! We can't all be wrong!
