New Nivea Soft Formula burns my skin - Devastated!
I hate that I am leaving a negative review for Nivea Soft. I have used Nivea Soft for over 35 years. Absolutely loved it. Tried a few different products in my 20's and nothing felt as good on my skin or kept it as moisturised all day as Nivea Soft. It has been a product I could rely on to look after my sensitive skin. I've always had about 4 tubes in my cupboard, so have only just ran out of the old batch. I hadn't even noticed the little logo saying new vegan formula on it. But when I opened a new tube, my skin went red, felt like it was burning and tight and moisture level did not last all day. I was then topping up during the day not realising that my beloved Nivea was actually doing it to me! It's only when I visited my Mum last week and she had one of the older tubes and all my symptoms went away, that I realised it was Nivea Soft making my skin feel so bad. That's when I noticed the new little logo and I realised what was going on. Nivea - PLEASE re -look at this. I have been a faithful fan for so long, but sadly now, I am going to have to start all over again and find a new product, that makes my sensitive skin feel as wonderful as the old batches of Nivea Soft did. Not sure who you dermatologically tested your new formula on, but going by many posts it seems to be affecting a lot of people. Yours a very sad ex Nivea Soft customer.

Family product
Everyone in family can use this moisturiser coz it’s makes skin smooth and keeps hudrating all day , very affordable and amazing price.
